i have friends who had issues with suntrust, boa etc. but they gave references of people who were approved from the same banks while on adjustment of status and they were finally approved. my loan is with Amtrust and did not have any issues, i am on EAD, no H1.

Absolutely , Do you have the address and responsible person for DOL,NSC,TSC? I just want to modify the letter and want to seek each ones responsibilty.

Some may be worried to reveal identity ordering online ..lets buy 14 math books from local book store(or dollar store) and send 5 books to USCIS , 5 to DOL , 2 to TSC , 2 to NSC with name " GC aspirant from India or China" ...what do you guys think ? shall we kick this off this week end with differnt message to each one of them involved ?

If there are few cases which are returned for false reasons ( see other thread) after Aug 17th probably those few will be forgotten till PD becomes Current again - 6-7 yrs - Huh ? :)

I agree with you regarding the timeline and evidence. I have mentioned it to my attorney numerous times. My attorney was insistent that adjudicating officers can see all my info on their computer screens. It is only a matter of looking at the info correctly.
It looks like the first MTR went to the same IO who denied my I-485. I could say it from ID in both the denial letters.
Your Attorney is funny. "Looking at the info correctly" - Hello, it is a job of the person and the person is being paid for looking at the computer screen correctly.

Well that's hard to find because in India even villages have better communication system these days. They all use cell phones since govt could not provide land lines. Internet is definitely all over the place.

They may not consider EAD, but if you submit a copy of I-140 they will consider that.
I also had to go thru a cycle of process, but finally they approved on on submitting a copy of I-140 Approval letter

2. Did you submit a copy of the I-140 approval and the AC21 memo during MTR?

1. Yes, I have been having an attorney all the way thru the two MTRs
2. Yes, I-140 approval copy was present in my first MTR. My first MTR did not have AC 21 memo. AC21 memo (2003 Yates Memo) was present in my second MTR when we filed it. Of course, I-140 approval copy was there in the second MTR.

You can get NJ DL on reciept and employers letter. Only thing is you need to go to Trenton or other service centers and not in local office. I got it few months back when I was in you situation.

the $20/mnth was pulled a while back- hardly anyone was signing up for monthly contributions and everyone went for the lwoest amount. all in all a shameful situation. my humble suggestion- in a lumpsome, donate the amount equivelant to 20/mnth for the next 4 mnths ie $80, then when the EAD comes you can start recurring contributions.

Correct me if I am wrong, ---but I thought that "This Ammendment" was attached to a defence bill. I dont think that it was the ammendment that was shot down, but the whole defence bill.
